If you followed what we describe in our series of articles, you should have already gotten rid of several pounds of surplus. In this article we will deal with the diet itself. Don’t worry! It will be a reasonable, effective diet that won’t make you starve.
Reasons of overweight
Overweight might have several reasons. Just do not consider certain illnesses and hormonal problems this time – unfortunately there are people who have to face things like these, but here I have to mention that their situation is not hopeless either and the rules should be applied by them even more strictly.
The fist most important reason of overweight is always rooted in a bad nutrition. People just eat too much calories in most of the cases, more than the body is able to use. The unused calories will be stored by the organism, and it does it in form of fat. Ceasing and fighting it is a rather easy task then – we might be tempted to see it like this – as we have nothing else to do than eating less and the problem is solved then.
Unfortunately the formula is not that easy. There are some meals that are making more fat than others. If we just simply eat less, that might be a solution, but if we do not leave behind the most vicious of them, we might waste lots of energy, as we have to drastically decrease the amount of calories consumed in order to lose weight, instead of rather changing the quality of food. Plus, decreasing calories too drastically might even hit back, but we will come back to that later on.
A simple trick how you can quit snacking!
If you kept the rules we described in the 4 previous articles, then you might already have lost a few pounds, and you even did not have to run a Marathon or fast. You are most balanced and self-conscious! In this piece we will discuss snacking.
We reached a level in the diet which is the most painful point for most of us. Snacking! During my diet it was the hardest part that I am not allowed to eat chocolate and I did suffer a lot before I succeeded in losing weight. Most people love sweets! Chocolate, biscuits, bonbons, cakes – all of them huge temptations for someone who would like to lose weight.
On the workplace, on visits, in the cinema or at home in front of the tube, all the chocolate, popcorn, chips and other useless food can give your body a surplus of calories in a moment that is the direct way to overweight. So you do not need to be surprised if you hardly can fasten your shoelaces or do not fit into your jeans any more.
Eat six times a day!
This is one of the most important of the 10 steps – to eat at least six times a day. If you do not do that, our diet can contain the best food, it just won’t have the effect that could be reached with 6 meals per day.
Our body is always defensive. If it is hot, we do sweat, if we are sick, it just increases temperature in order to destroy viruses. It is the same with a diet. If you would like to gain weight, you do not have to make nothing different like sumo wrestlers… Eat a huge amount of food in just two meals per day! And lay down to sleep right after meals. If you eat rarely, your body will think that there is something wrong and it will be prepared to stay alive for several days without any nutrition. If this defensive mechanism of your body starts, it will be almost impossible to lose weight, as every consumed food will be used and stored completely. Storing it as fat is the most useful solution. Some people do not eat for days, as they are „making a diet”. This does not make sense at all! And it is unhealthy as well!

To lose fat, you need to focus on one major thing. Calorie reduction. Everyone has a daily calorie requirement. This depends on many things, like, age, height, sex and even what kind of work you do. Reduce or cut-out carbohydrates found in food such as sugar, potato, flour etc…Instead of these, you need to eat complex carbohydrates found in food such as rice, oatmeal and wholemeal bread for example, decrease the intake of saturated fat and increase your protein intake. Eat more times a day and drink plenty of water. Exercising also helps to lose weight rapidly.
Why do you have to eat 5-6 times a day? Your metabolism increase when you eat more. Sumo wrestlers for example only eat twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. It’s strange but true, that, eating more times a day, actually can decrease weight.
Losing weight from the thigh
It is not easy to form the thighs. Because there is no aimed fat loss, it is essential to work out during dieting to make our thighs look nice.
We can recognize that the easily gained fat appears on our thighs and this part on our body is as fastidious as our abs. This is why essential to train properly. The weather is getting better, feel free to go outdoors for a little jogging. In the beginning run slowly and when you got used to it only then run faster. Climbing stairs perfectly forms thighs, in many gyms you can find climbing machines.
There are numerous training videos on the internet about how to train your thighs. With the appropriate work out we can lose centimetres from our thighs, especially If we combine these exercises with the proper diet and dietary supplements. Treadmill and the stationary bike are really good machines to form thighs, but there are several other machines which we can train our inside and outside part of thighs.

One of the biggest mistakes in a diet is if you eat a lot of salt for your meals. Would you have thought that one part salt retain 180 parts water? Why this is a problem? So, all that water retained by your body is completely visible on you. Sit down… Have a look at your ankle. If you can hardly see it and it is swollen, it does not mean that your ankle is fat, but it is rather full of water! When you wear socks and the rubber end just leaves its trace on your skin, your water retains too much water then. If you believe that you have around 10 kilos surplus, it might be that 3 kilos of it were water, and only the rest real surplus.
Salt consumed in big amounts can cause a number of risks. Right after overweight too much salt is the second biggest reason for diabetes! It encumbers the heart as well, as it will get harder to pump the blood. It could be also a burden for the kidneys. Of course the body needs some salt, but as most foods are packed with salt these days, you do not have to be afraid of not getting enough salt into your organism.
Accelerate your metabolism!
If you had taken my advices in the previous part, and do not drink anything else but water, then you must already feel that your body might feel much better without any self-torture. You have more energy and take the everyday strains easier. Those who drink a lot of soft drinks, Coke and others might have already lost some unnecessary pounds.
Let’s see what the second step is? Don’t worry; you still do not have to start a drastic diet. As I just said, we are going to reach your dream figure through tiny steps. Believe me; it will not be shocking – neither for your soul, nor for your body.

Our body needs a certain amount of calories per day, what it just burns during the day. If you eat more than that, you will gain weight, if you eat less, you lose weight. Very simple!
