Many people start a diet but in a few days, or in the better case in 2-3 weeks, they give up. Why they do that? Because they change their lifestyle in a drastic way. Their body has to stand an instant, huge change. Less calories, more exercise, the loss of the favoriite meals, all of those factors are hard to take for body and soul as well. It is a familiar situation, isn’t it? Believe me, you are not weak, if yout quit your diet, you only did not start it the right way. Changing habits from one day to the other can only work with those people who are quite devoted and who know what they want, but most people give up, because their organism revolts against nutrition habits changed completely and abruptly.

If you follow the advices in here, I guarantee that you will have reached the shape of your dreams once the 10th article will be out, and you can lose up to 25 kgs until then. To reach your goals, we will take quite small steps to make you lose weight. I will not advice you to follow a diet with low calories and carbohydrates at once, as you eill not be able to keep it longer than a few weeks. This is a first-hand experience! So let’s see what the first step is.

The first step to lose weight quickly is: drink water!

Did you ever think about it that how easily you can consume additional calories only by drinking all kinds of soft drinks, fruit juices, milk shakes?! My experience says that common people just do not care what they drink. They try to eat right, but they drink all those soft drinks full of sugar, and do not understand why they cannot lose weight. You can have 800-1000 calories a day easily only by drinking soft drinks. A single deciliter of coke for example contains 42 calories and 10 g sugar. If you only drink one liter of cola a day, that makes already almost 500 calories.
So I would like you to drink nothing but good quality mineral water. Non-carbonated, if possible. You should drink at least 2-3 liter everey day. It does not only helps your body to wash out poisons, but is also reduces your hunger. You should drink 3-4 dl of water BEFORE every meal. It helps you getting a feeling of fullness in your stomach, so you will be able to eat less. If you usually drink coffee, you do not have to quit it. You can even have it with sugar and milk, if you like, but only twice a day, if possible. Do not change your eating habits. Leave them as they are! But it is important to leave orange juice, milk, coke, any kinds of fruit juices or soft drinks, ONLY MINERAL WATER!
If we take small steps in order to let you lose weight, your body will not stand up against it. I am sure that it will be easy for you as well to follow this simple thing.
Only by following these tips you will be able to lose up to 3-4 kilograms in two weeks easily.
